About Teaching Clinics

Edited

Teaching Clinics were developed to provide Students more opportunities to workshop teaching skills in a structured, Educator-supported environment, against subject areas - and bank Work Placement hours in the process.

In these sessions you will:

  • Practise teaching on a large group (simulate a group class.)

  • Work through the aspects of repertoire that are challenging for you.

  • Workshop ideas with your peers and Educators.

  • Get feedback.

  • Build confidence in your teaching!

Teaching Clinics also expedite the completion of teaching hours with one session providing five (5) hours of WP signed off.

1 Teaching Clinic = 5 hours of Teaching practise logged.

See how TC attendance affects your total number of hours for self-directed teaching requirement.
