How to: Find a Work Placement Supervisor

WHO CAN BE MY WORK PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR?

Any Pilates Instructors who teach at the Studios where you complete your Work Placement activities.

If you want to explore our network, you will find suitable Instructors at:

• Instructor Training Studios. 

• Work Placement Studios.

• Pilates ITC Grads working in the industry.

• Pilates ITC Educators.

Important: 

Your Supervisor must hold a qualification that corresponds with your area of study, e.g. any Diploma Instructor/Reformer Instructor/Matwork Instructor. 

Again, you can have multiple Supervisors!

HOW DO I ENGAGE MY WORK PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR?

There are a number of ways you can engage a WP Supervisor:

• Approach your candidate in person at a Studio.

• Email a candidate.

• Contact a candidate in the industry independently: email, social media, phone etc.
