Who can sign off my Work Placement log?

Students are required to have each WP activity/entry signed off, approved authorities include:

TEACHING HOURS:

• Your Supervisor(s).

• Your "Client".

• Your Work Placement Instructor.

OBSERVATION HOURS:

• Your Supervisor(s).

• Your Work Placement Instructor (taking the class you're observing).

• You.

SELF-MASTERY:

• Your Supervisor(s).

• Your Instructor (taking the class).

• You.
