Submission Checkpoint: Work Placement Logbook(s)

This assessment must be submitted seven (7) days before your Practical Assessment date.

To successfully submit your Work Placement Logbook for assessment, please ensure that you have included the following:

You are required to log 100% of the required hours for teaching, observation and self-mastery and submit a completed Repertoire Audit Log (‘YES’ against all repertoire).

Students must complete all components in the Logbook to constitute a complete submission; incomplete attempts will be marked not yet satisfactory (NYS) and returned to the Student for completion.

Double check before you submit that you have the following:

• Submission Cover Page: complete with details.

• Supervisor Approval: complete with details, signed and dated.

• Teaching Logs: all required hours completed.

• Observation Log: all required hours completed.

• Self-Mastery: all required hours completed.

• Supervisor Feedback: completed, dated and signed.

• Repertoire Audit Log: completed.

• SUPPLEMENTARY EVIDENCE (optional) - A Certificate of Currency: Insurance document (*only applicable if the Student taught from home due to accessibility challenges.)
