Purpose

This section introduces the key staff and teams at Pilates ITC, so you know who’s here to support you and how we work together to deliver safe, high-quality, and inspiring education experiences. From leadership and compliance to education and student support, each team plays a vital role in creating a learning environment that’s responsive, inclusive, and aligned with national standards



Management Team

  • CEO or Managing Director – for overall authority and external communications

  • Training Manager – to coordinate with Educators and manage student communications


Critical Incident Management Team (CIMT)

  • CEO or Managing Director – for overall authority and external communications

  • Training Manager – to coordinate with Educators and manage student communications

  • WHS Representative (Educators) – to manage physical safety and liaise with emergency services (Also First Aid Trained).

  • External professionals—such as WHS consultants, legal advisers, or crisis communication experts— may be engaged after the initial incident response
