Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to get in touch with the Student Support Team, who will happily discuss how your training can be tailored to your needs during pregnancy.

We also recommend having a read through our Reasonable Adjustments Policy for additional guidance.

Rest assured, you won’t need to perform any exercises that aren’t suitable during pregnancy. However, it’s important to feel confident teaching these movements and describing them effectively to your clients.

For a more personalised experience, we suggest booking a private studio session with one of our Educators. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to adapt Pilates to your changing body as your baby grows. Many people find this to be an incredibly rewarding experience—it not only helps to refine your teaching skills but also helps you become a more empathetic and knowledgeable instructor. Having gone through this journey yourself, you’ll be better equipped to support pregnant women in their own Pilates practice!
