Where can I find my timetable or course schedule?

A: You can access your timetable, which includes essential details like dates, times, locations, and the name of your Educator, via your Student Portal. Keep track of your in-person events and plan ahead!

We highly recommend saving your timetable into your personal calendar. Keep in mind, you might need to do this manually—trust us, it’s worth the effort.

From time to time, changes to your timetable may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as educator availability, venue adjustments, or other factors. If this happens, our team will make every effort to notify affected students as promptly as possible and reschedule where possible.

Here’s how we’ll keep you informed:

  • Email: We’ll send an email notification with all the updates.

  • Phone/SMS: If the event is less than 14 business days away, our team will do everything they can to contact you via phone or SMS.
