When can I get my certificate?

A: Certificates and awards are issued once all course enrolment requirements have been met with satisfactory outcomes. This includes:

  • Completion of all modules in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Written Assessments completed and assessed as satisfactory.

  • Work Placement Logbook hours fulfilled and recorded.

  • Practical Assessments successfully completed.

  • Payment of all course fees, ensuring there are no outstanding balances.

  • Student outcomes (evidence of satisfactory performance) filed and confirmed.

Once your final student outcome has been processed, Pilates ITC will issue your end-of-enrolment award. Here’s what you’ll receive based on your enrolment:

  • Single or Dual Pathway Students: A Statement of Attainment

  • Diploma Students: A Certificate and Record of Results

  • Advanced Diploma Students: A Certificate and Record of Results

For students looking for documentation mid-enrolment, you may request an Acknowledgement of Studies (AOS). This will come as an email from our Student Support Team, outlining the units of competency currently marked as competent. Since Pilates ITC clusters units, this may only be applicable at the end of a single pathway within your enrolment (e.g., Matwork, Reformer, or Studio).
