Pilates ITC is committed to recognising your achievements through a timely, transparent and meaningful graduation process.

Whether you are completing an individual pathway or reaching the end of a full qualification, each milestone represents the successful completion of nationally recognised training and an important step in your professional development.

This policy explains:

• when you can apply to graduate from a completed pathway;

• when a Statement of Attainment may be issued;

• how full qualification graduation and certification occurs;

• the requirements that must be satisfied before certification documentation can be issued; and

• the professional title of Pilates Practitioner, which is reserved exclusively for graduates of the full 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.

Pilates ITC issues AQF certification documentation in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2025.

• Certificate: AQF certification documentation issued when you successfully complete all requirements of a nationally recognised qualification. Your Certificate is accompanied by a Record of Results.

• Record of Results: The record accompanying your Certificate that identifies the units of competency successfully completed as part of your qualification.

• Statement of Attainment: AQF certification documentation identifying nationally recognised units of competency you have successfully completed where the full qualification has not yet been attained. Where you reach an eligible pathway completion milestone during an ongoing enrolment, you may apply to graduate from that pathway and receive a Statement of Attainment.

• Application to Graduate: The application available within your LMS that you submit when you have completed an eligible pathway or full qualification and would like Pilates ITC to commence the graduation and certification process.

• Pathway: A defined group of units and learning requirements within a Pilates ITC qualification. A pathway may be undertaken individually or contribute towards completion of a broader qualification.

• Pathway Completion: The point at which all coursework, assessment, Work Placement and other requirements associated with a particular pathway have been successfully completed.

• Pilates Practitioner: The professional title recognised by Pilates ITC for graduates who have successfully completed the full 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method. Completion of an individual Advanced Pathway does not confer the title of Pilates Practitioner.

• Final Assessment Outcome: The assessment outcome confirming that the competency requirements relevant to the pathway or qualification have been successfully met.

• Compliance Documentation: Documentation required by Pilates ITC to finalise a graduation application and issue applicable AQF certification documentation.

• LMS (Learning Management System): Pilates ITC's digital platform for coursework, resources, assessments and graduation information.

• Learning Vault: The secure digital credentialing platform used by Pilates ITC to issue AQF certification documentation.

• Digital Resource Subscription: An optional subscription available following the end of an enrolment, providing continued access to eligible Pilates ITC digital learning resources for the specified subscription period.

• Upskill Pathway: An opportunity to continue into additional study or combine completed pathways towards a broader Pilates ITC qualification, subject to eligibility and current course offerings.

• Maximum Course Duration: The published timeframe within which all coursework, assessments, Work Placement and other course requirements must be completed.

This policy applies to:

• Students completing an undergraduate or postgraduate Pilates ITC pathway;

• Students nearing completion of a full Pilates ITC qualification;

• Educators and Student Services Team members supporting pathway completion and graduation; and

• compliance and administrative staff responsible for finalising graduation applications and issuing certification documentation.

Graduation can occur at an eligible pathway milestone or at the completion of your full qualification.

This distinction is important because many Pilates ITC Students progressively complete multiple pathways that contribute towards a larger qualification.

You do not need to wait until you have completed the entire qualification to have eligible units from a completed pathway formally recognised.

Once you have successfully completed all requirements of an eligible pathway, you may submit an Application to Graduate through your LMS and request a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised units you have completed.

If you are continuing into another pathway, receiving a Statement of Attainment at this milestone does not end your broader studies. You can continue progressing towards your full qualification.

The graduation process is initiated through your Application to Graduate, available within your LMS.

You should submit this application once you have successfully completed all requirements relevant to the pathway or qualification for which you are applying.

For pathway Students, applying at every eligible milestone is optional. You may choose to apply where having formal certification of the units you have completed would be useful — for example, to provide evidence of your studies to a current or prospective employer.

If you don't require a Statement of Attainment at that stage and are continuing your studies, you can simply continue progressing towards your next pathway or full qualification.

At full qualification completion, the graduation process must be completed so that your qualification can be finalised and your Certificate and Record of Results issued.

Before Pilates ITC can approve an Application to Graduate, all requirements relevant to the pathway or qualification being awarded must have been successfully completed.

Depending on your enrolment, this may include:

• all required written assessments;

• all required practical assessments;

• all required LMS modules and learning activities;

• all required Work Placement activities and Logbooks;

• any other assessment evidence required for the applicable units of competency;

• applicable compliance documentation; and

• any financial requirements that must be satisfied before certification can be issued.

All relevant assessment requirements must have been assessed as satisfactory and the applicable units of competency confirmed as competent.

Your studies must also be completed within the Maximum Course Duration applicable to your enrolment.

Completing an individual pathway is an important milestone, particularly where you are progressively building towards a larger Pilates ITC qualification.

Once you have successfully completed all requirements of an eligible pathway, you may submit an Application to Graduate through your LMS.

Following your application and completion of the required graduation and compliance checks, Pilates ITC can issue a Statement of Attainment identifying the nationally recognised units of competency you have successfully completed.

This can be particularly useful where you need formal evidence of your completed training for:

• employment;

• professional development records;

• professional recognition;

• further study; or

• your own credential records.

A Statement of Attainment confirms the units of competency you have successfully completed. It does not represent completion of the full qualification unless all requirements of that qualification have subsequently been completed and the qualification itself has been awarded.

Applying to graduate from an individual pathway does not prevent you from continuing towards your broader qualification.

If you are already enrolled in subsequent pathways, your studies can continue as normal.

Your completed units remain part of your training record and contribute towards the broader qualification where they form part of its requirements.

When you successfully complete all requirements of your nationally recognised qualification, you are eligible to graduate from the full qualification.

You must submit the applicable Application to Graduate through your LMS so Pilates ITC can complete the final graduation and compliance process.

Once all requirements have been confirmed, you will receive:

• your Certificate for the completed qualification; and

• your Record of Results, identifying the units of competency successfully completed.

This applies to successful completion of Pilates ITC's full nationally recognised qualifications, including the Diploma and Advanced Diploma.

Successfully completing the full 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method represents a significant postgraduate professional milestone.

Once you have:

1. successfully completed all pathways and requirements of the full qualification;

2. been assessed as competent in all required units of competency;

3. submitted your Application to Graduate;

4. completed the required graduation and compliance processes; and

5. been formally awarded the 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method,

Pilates ITC recognises you professionally as a:

The title Pilates Practitioner is reserved exclusively for graduates of the full 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.

Completion of an individual Advanced Pathway — or a combination of Advanced Pathways that does not satisfy all requirements of the full Advanced Diploma — does not confer the title of Pilates Practitioner.

If you graduate from an individual Advanced Pathway, your Statement of Attainment formally recognises the nationally recognised units you have completed, and those studies may contribute towards the full Advanced Diploma should you choose to continue.

For postgraduate Students progressing pathway by pathway, becoming a Pilates Practitioner is therefore the professional milestone reached when all requirements come together in completion of the full Advanced Diploma.

Once Pilates ITC receives your Application to Graduate, our team will review your Student record to confirm that all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

This includes confirming your:

• assessment outcomes;

• Work Placement requirements;

• applicable units of competency;

• required compliance documentation;

• Student details; and

• any other requirements relevant to certification.

Where something remains outstanding, we will contact you so that it can be resolved before your graduation is finalised.

Pilates ITC issues AQF certification documentation within the timeframe required under the Standards for RTOs 2025 once the applicable requirements for issuance have been met.

Pilates ITC issues your AQF certification documentation digitally through Learning Vault, providing a secure and convenient way to manage and share your achievements.

Depending on what you have completed, this may include:

• a Statement of Attainment following eligible pathway completion; or

• a Certificate and Record of Results following full qualification completion.

Once your graduation has been processed, you'll receive your applicable digital credential via email with access through your Learning Vault account.

Your digital credential provides a secure and verifiable record of your nationally recognised achievement and can help you:

• provide evidence of completed training to employers;

• securely store your certification documentation;

• share your credentials through supported professional and digital platforms;

• demonstrate your ongoing professional development; and

• retain convenient access to your certification documentation.

There is an important difference between graduating from a pathway while continuing your studies and completing your overall Pilates ITC enrolment.

If you apply for and receive a Statement of Attainment at a pathway milestone but are continuing into further study with Pilates ITC, you will not be offboarded simply because that Statement of Attainment has been issued.

Your access and enrolment will continue in accordance with your ongoing studies.

Once your overall enrolment has concluded, you will be formally offboarded and standard access to the course materials associated with that enrolment will end.

If you'd like to retain access to eligible digital learning resources after this point, you may be able to purchase a Digital Resource Subscription.

Depending on the subscription available to you, this may provide continued access to:

• eligible course materials;

• the Repertoire Library; and

• the Pilates ITC Digital Studio.

Each completed pathway can be a milestone in its own right — or part of something bigger.

If you have completed an undergraduate pathway, you may choose to continue building your studies towards the full Diploma of the Pilates Method.

If you have completed a postgraduate Advanced Pathway, you may choose to continue towards the full 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method and the professional milestone of becoming a Pilates Practitioner.

Depending on your previous studies and next course, you may also be eligible for an upskill pathway or applicable continuing-study offer.
