Why Can’t I Get a Refund After the Cooling-Off Period, Even If I Haven’t Accessed My Course?

Q: I haven’t accessed my course but want a refund after the cooling-off period. Why isn’t this possible?

A: At Pilates ITC, we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. We offer a five-day cooling-off period to give you time to decide if the course is right for you. During this period, you can withdraw and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

After the cooling-off period, refunds are no longer available. This policy ensures the integrity and smooth running of our courses, helping us deliver the best experience for all students. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed, but deposits and fees paid up to the date of withdrawal won’t be refunded, and a withdrawal fee will apply.
