Transparent about any third-party services involved (e.g., VT Cloud or Adobe Learning Manager).

A Fair and Friendly Enrolment Process
We take your enrolment experience seriously and ensure it’s guided by fairness and clarity. This includes:
Helping you review your Student Handbook and course outline.
Answering questions about workload, outcomes, or expectations.
Finalising your enrolment only once you’ve made your deposit and confirmed your understanding of key policies.
We’ll also clearly explain your financial obligations and learning commitments before you’re officially enrolled.
