This Marketing and Advertising Policy ensures that everything we share—from your first click through to enrolment—is truthful, supportive, and fully compliant with ASQA requirements and the Standards for RTOs 2025.

  • Marketing Materials: Any promotional content about our courses, such as website content, brochures, emails, ads, and social media.

  • Prospective Student: That’s you, if you’re exploring a course with us and haven’t yet enrolled.

  • Careers Team: Our friendly staff who help you understand course options and choose the path that fits your goals.

  • All marketing materials shared by Pilates ITC.

  • Conversations between our team and you, your family, or support persons.

  • The process you follow to enrol in one of our courses.

We want you to feel confident in your decision, so we make sure our website and materials always include:

  • The nationally recognised qualification or certificate you’ll receive.

  • Course fees, payment plans, and how refunds work.

  • Entry requirements or prerequisites.

You can chat with our Careers Team at any point—obligation-free. They’ll talk you through:

  • How your course is structured and what to expect.

  • What you’ll need to get started.

  • Whether the course aligns with your personal or career goals.

All conversations are documented to ensure consistency, transparency, and a record of what’s been discussed.

  • Transparent about any third-party services involved (e.g., VT Cloud or Adobe Learning Manager).

We never promise jobs or outcomes.

A Fair and Friendly Enrolment Process

We take your enrolment experience seriously and ensure it’s guided by fairness and clarity. This includes:

  • Helping you review your Student Handbook and course outline.

  • Answering questions about workload, outcomes, or expectations.

  • Finalising your enrolment only once you’ve made your deposit and confirmed your understanding of key policies.

We’ll also clearly explain your financial obligations and learning commitments before you’re officially enrolled.

Ongoing Review and Improvement

We’re always evolving to do better. That means we:

  • Regularly update our marketing and website content.

  • Follow Clause 4.3 – Standards for RTOs 2025 to ensure our messaging remains accurate and ethical.

  • Welcome your feedback about what we share, say, or show.

  • Refresh course info when training packages or delivery methods change.
