Fees Schedule

Edited

Purpose

We know that investing in education is a significant decision, and we want you to feel informed about the costs associated with your studies from the outset.

This Fees Schedule outlines the tuition fees, administrative charges, optional services and additional costs that may apply during your enrolment with Pilates ITC.

It applies to both undergraduate and postgraduate Students and is designed to support transparency around what is included in your course fees and what may incur an additional charge.

For postgraduate Students, scheduled Course Intensives and Personalised Supervision Meetings that form part of your course are included within the relevant course structure and are not available as standalone purchasable services. If you would like additional individual tuition or more in-person learning support beyond what is included in your course, this can be arranged through Private Tuition at the standard Private Tuition rate.

Pilates ITC reserves the right to update fees where required. Where changes are made, current Students will be notified where relevant via email and/or the Student Knowledge Base Library.

Definitions

  • Tuition Fees: The base cost of your course, including the scheduled learning, assessment and support services specified as part of your enrolment.

  • Additional Fees: Charges that may apply for optional services, additional learning support, administrative requests, additional assessment attempts, resources or changes to your enrolment.

  • Private Tuition: Optional paid 1:1 tuition with an approved Pilates ITC Educator, delivered in person or online. For postgraduate Students, Private Tuition is also the mechanism used where additional individual or in-person support is requested beyond the services already included within the course.

  • Course Intensive: A scheduled postgraduate learning service included where applicable within a postgraduate course or study mode. Course Intensives are not sold as standalone additional sessions.

  • Personalised Supervision Meeting (PSM): A scheduled 20-minute online Work Placement supervision meeting included for applicable Blended postgraduate Students. PSMs are not available for purchase as standalone additional sessions.

  • Work Placement Studio (WPS): A Pilates business approved by Pilates ITC to support eligible Work Placement activities. Postgraduate Students completing eligible Work Placement within their existing professional workplace do not need that workplace to be an affiliated WPS solely for their own postgraduate Work Placement.

  • Pilates ITC Digital Studio: Pilates ITC's digital Pilates class and movement resource, which may support eligible Observation and Self-Mastery activities depending on the requirements of your course or pathway.

Who This Policy Applies To

This Fees Schedule applies to:

  • all current and past Pilates ITC Students;

  • Students enrolled in undergraduate qualifications and pathways;

  • Students enrolled in the 11333NAT Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method and associated postgraduate Advanced Pathways; and

  • Students whose fees are paid in whole or in part by a third party, such as an employer or business.

Our Commitment to You

At Pilates ITC, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about the costs associated with your studies.

Some additional fees apply where a request creates additional administrative, Educator, assessment, venue or resource costs beyond those included within your original enrolment.

All fees associated with Student requests must be paid in full before the requested service, resource or change is delivered or actioned.

Where the fee structure is updated, we'll communicate changes through the appropriate Pilates ITC channels.

Fee Structure

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and fall into two broad categories:

1. Tuition Fees

Your course tuition fees and payment arrangements are available through the Pilates ITC website and your enrolment documentation.

Any agreed enrolment variations made at the time of enrolment will be reflected within your payment schedule.

Other services, variations or additional requests are generally payable upfront.

2. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for administrative changes, additional assessments, optional tuition, extra learning activities, replacement resources or other services not included within your standard enrolment.

International Students

All fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If you're paying from outside Australia, the amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on exchange rates and any fees applied by your payment provider or financial institution.
